STRATEGIC CONSULTANT
BEHAVIORAL HEALTH
No one likes to talk about behavioral healthcare, but it's becoming more critical everyday. Getting patients over the stigma and getting them the behavioral care they need requires community engagement and medical partnerships.
Working with Therapeutic Solutions in Northern California, we developed market insights and a current state analysis of the business and the barriers to growth. We then established targeted messaging to resonate with both patients and medical professionals. We put a goal focused strategic roadmap in place with goals to increase community engagement and hospital partnerships to reach patients in the space between hospitalization and healthy.
HIGHLIGHTS
-
Expanded to two offices in Northern California and an office in Spokane.
-
Increased community involvement in established local events and a signature continuing education event, annually.
-
Established in-house marketing and business development for "feet on the ground" engagement.
